Responsibilities

  • Provide strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, especially company products and services.
  • Maintain clean and accessible sales floor, ensuring devices and accessories are functioning and counters are clear.
  • Greet customers and identify sales opportunities, connecting them with sales consultants as needed.
  • Demonstrate company technology to new customers, ensuring they understand the basics of Optimum services.
  • Perform non-sales customer service transactions, including equipment returns and order fulfillment.
  • Provide in-store post-sales support for mobile customers, assisting with data transfers and account setups.
  • Assist Store Leadership with inventory and merchandising responsibilities, including receiving and stocking inventory.
  • Conduct weekly cycle counts and suggest improvements to enhance customer and store experience.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of work experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain stationary for prolonged periods.
