About the position
The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic and sales-focused role crucial to the success of Bridgestone Retail Operations. This position involves providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, with the goal of meeting and exceeding customer needs. The role requires an energetic demeanor to sell automotive services, build strong customer relationships, and ensure a seamless experience throughout service appointments.
Responsibilities
- Operating as a motivated sales individual.
- Building customer satisfaction & loyalty.
- Merchandising, advertising and promotion of products and services.
- Energetic responsiveness to every customer, on the phone and in the store.
- Conducting transaction procedures with precision and efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
- 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
- Ability to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Problem-solving skills related to customer complaints.
- Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
