About the position

As a Senior Financial Analyst at Johnsonville, LLC, you will play a crucial role in partnering with business units to provide financial analysis that supports decision-making. This position focuses on reporting, planning, and evaluating financial results to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions and reports. You will leverage your technical financial skills and strong communication abilities to drive business value and optimize financial performance for the company.

Responsibilities

• Business partnering with the commercial team to drive growth and profitability.
• Leading member of new product development teams to launch products that meet strategic and financial goals.
• Developing financial models and analyses to promote financial acumen and evaluate new products, including pricing, promotions, and distribution.
• Influencing all levels of the organization through impactful communications and collaboration.
• Continuously learning the business, including competitive landscape and operations, while working with cross-functional teams.
• Leading financial analysis and reporting of the new product portfolio in support of Integrated Business Planning.
• Using insights from reporting to influence strategies and enhance business operations.
• Providing financial guidance and support for acquired subsidiaries.
• Supporting month-end processes, monthly forecasting, and the annual operating plan.
• Supporting the U.S. Retail business unit with financial analysis, business cases, and strategy execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting and/or finance experience required.
• SAP and BPC knowledge a plus.
• Previous experience in the CPG industry a plus.
