Responsibilities

• Address complaints and challenges from the team effectively.
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of experience in retail.
• Associates Degree or completion of related retail management coursework preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in retail, fast food, or warehouse environments.
• Previous military or nonprofit experience.
• Bilingual language skills.
