About The Position
Design comprehensive operational workflows to support the fixed income SMA business which includes new account oversight, order placement, trades execution, and allocation. Lead the implementation of onboarding sponsor platforms and an outsourced service provider with the firm's trade execution platform BlackRock Solutions Aladdin. Develop and manage a team of individuals to support the oversight of outsourced operational functions and liaise to resolve issues in a timely manner. Engage with internal partners including sales, client service, portfolio management, operations, legal, and compliance to develop and expand the business. Drive the strategic vision within Operations to support the addition of new strategies and sponsors while implementing processes to efficiently, through scale, absorb increased volume. Document procedures and controls related to the business line as well as Key Process Indicators tracking the performance of relevant parties and risk elements.
