Responsibilities

  • Meets the customer where they are in their soccer journey, creating a tailored and unparalleled customer service experience, adapting sales style appropriately.
  • Leverages on-the-field expertise to provide recommendations that meet the customer's needs and goals.
  • Translates and aligns product technology to the customer's needs and preferences, contributing to and enhancing their overall game day experience.
  • Fully outfits customers with appropriate cleats, apparel, and accessories to equip them for any occasion - from practice and training to game day.
  • Participates in Soccer Universities across the nation to test and learn new products and technologies, sharing knowledge and insights with both teammates and customers.
  • Partners with store teammates by regularly utilizing training materials to educate others on new cleats and soccer-related products.
  • Maintains merchandise presentation standards and signage of the Soccer Department to Company standards as directed.
  • Adheres to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.
  • Takes an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Retail or Team Sports experience preferred, but not required.
  • Based on the location of the House of Sport, you may be required to submit relevant state mandated clearances to supervise minors.
