The Retail Specialist - Sales, Repair & Tech at Asurion is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support in a retail environment. Responsibilities

• Deliver award-winning, personalized customer experiences as the face of Asurion.
• Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot, and repair customer electronic devices.
• Monitor virtual messaging platforms and upsell Asurion home+ products based on business needs.
• Drive quality sales in job fusion roles such as Delivery & Expert Set up and Messaging.
• Complete initial 5-week training, including Apple & Samsung Certifications.
• Manage inventory effectively.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver programs/processes and provide feedback.
• Self-manage and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate integrity in serving, solving, and selling to customers.

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service/sales experience.
• 6+ months experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy in typing and ability to toggle multiple windows.
• Knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule based on business needs.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Apple and Samsung products.
