About The Position
As a Retail Stocker for the seasonal position at our San Antonio location, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers in locating products, providing solutions to their inquiries, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. You will be expected to engage customers about the benefits of our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, facilitating their enrollment in these programs. Additionally, you will educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, helping us gather valuable feedback to improve our services. In this role, you will also participate in various operational tasks, including truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining merchandise recovery standards throughout the store. This includes executing the merchandise return process and ensuring that the store is well-merchandised and in-stock. You will be responsible for performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned, supporting our shrink and safety programs, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Your ability to interact positively and respectfully with customers and team members is essential, even in challenging situations. You will serve as a role model for other team members, promoting a commitment to our organization's vision and values. Additionally, you may be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production, allowing you to assist in various areas of the store as needed. Other duties may be assigned as required to support the overall operations of the store.
