Our Assistant Manager (full-time) is a valued member of a high-performing team who is empowered and equipped to do their job. The anticipated pay range for this position is $25.25 - $27.78 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, this position is eligible for a monthly bonus. As an Assistant Manager, you will ensure and model professional customer service, maintain a safe, clean, and organized store, and cross-train in all areas of store operations, including Stocking and Sales associate duties. You will lead, coach, and develop others, serve as the Leader on Duty as scheduled, and be a subject matter expert in your role, modeling “Great Place To Work” behaviors. Additionally, you will ensure that items are in stock and priced correctly, along with other duties as assigned.
