About the position

The Retail Store General Manager at TravelCenters of America is responsible for leading the operations and marketing functions of the Travel Store/Convenience Store. This role focuses on staffing, training, and development, while ensuring profitability and excellent customer service. The General Manager is expected to create a positive work environment, manage financial objectives, and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operations and marketing functions of the Travel Store/Convenience Store.
  • Inspire the team to meet and exceed company performance standards.
