Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve store goals
- Lead and inspire the team to provide excellent customer service
- Manage daily operations of the store
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked
- Train and develop team members
- Handle cash management and financial reporting
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Assist customers with their shopping needs
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Experience in retail or customer service is a plus
Nice-to-haves
