About the position

The Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and leading a team of retail sales consultants. This role combines retail knowledge with leadership skills to meet sales objectives and manage store activities, including merchandising and product launches. Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily retail store operations.
• Manage and develop a team of retail sales consultants.
• Ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with products and services.
• Meet and exceed sales objectives and targets.
• Coordinate merchandising and product launches.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond the store.
• Provide coaching and training to team members.

Requirements

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and industry trends.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Knowledge of AT&T mobility systems.
