The Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while managing and developing a team. Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations.
• Manage and develop a team of retail sales consultants.
• Ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with products and services.
• Meet and exceed sales objectives through effective merchandising and product launches.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Requirements

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in coaching and developing team members.
