About the position

The Retail Store Manager (RSM) at Prime Communications is responsible for overseeing the sales and operational standards of the assigned retail location. This role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing inventory effectively. The RSM leads a team of Retail Sales Consultants and Assistant Store Managers, fostering a positive work environment and achieving sales quotas while implementing company initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall sales and operational standards of the retail location.
• Drive sales achievement and customer service results through effective leadership.
• Ensure Retail Sales Consultants and Assistant Store Managers meet or exceed their sales quotas.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and coaching skills to inspire and motivate the team.
• Manage customer experience initiatives and resolve billing/service issues as needed.
• Conduct regular role plays and training sessions to enhance team performance.
• Partner with the District Manager to launch new products and services effectively.
• Maintain operational compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Safeguard company assets and respond to communications in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 6+ months of sales management experience.
• 3+ years of full-time retail work experience.
• Excellent sales skills with a proven track record of meeting performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop team members.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T Mobility systems preferred.
