About the position

Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Retail Store Manager for their store at Downtown Summerlin in Las Vegas, NV. The Store Manager will oversee all sales and operations within a best-in-class retail environment, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enhance customer shopping experiences. This role involves recruiting, hiring, and training a team of associates, while also driving customer engagement through various initiatives. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable engaging with the public, contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Embody the company's culture and values through self-accountability and modeling behavior for team members.
  • Recruit, hire, and train store associates and supervisors to engage customers effectively.
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Direct daily activities of store supervisors and associates in alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address needs and requests efficiently.
  • Manage operational tasks related to payroll, inventory management, and paperwork.
  • Develop and maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Provide and nurture feedback from all levels of the organization for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a manager in a retail environment.
  • Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, and Nutrition.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with customers and team members.
  • Experience working with large teams and setting goals for self and others.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in building advanced spreadsheet models.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, and retail inventory/POS systems.
  • Self-motivated with strong communication skills and ability to inspire others.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work well under pressure.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the fashion retail industry.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
