The Retail Store Manager at Mobile Store Operators (MSO), an authorized dealer for T-Mobile, is responsible for leading a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role involves managing daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring the store meets sales goals while maintaining a professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales associates, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and coaching.
  • Recruit and train new sales associates proactively.
  • Recommend disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Manage inventory and store assets effectively.
  • Engage with customers to identify their needs for wireless services and products.
  • Ensure the store environment is clean and professional at all times.
  • Provide reports on sales metrics and customer interactions to the operations team.

Requirements
