About the position

We are looking for a Store Manager (SM) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our North Charleston location. The SM should have a positive, outgoing, and entrepreneurial personality. They must be highly focused on customer experience while driving sales. The SM operates with service and profitability in mind and through development and management of a highly trained team, creates the customer experience. The role requires a commitment to creating a pleasant experience for every customer and engaging with the local community to enhance brand awareness. The SM will be responsible for training the store team on all systems, customer experience, and product knowledge, ensuring that the team is well-equipped to meet customer needs and drive sales effectively. Additionally, the SM will achieve payroll plans by managing store schedules and ensuring sound inventory management by following all policies and procedures. The SM will also ensure that all visual merchandising direction is met and that the presentation of all products, displays, and fixtures are reflective of brand guidelines and standards.
