About the position

The Retail Store Manager at Vuori is responsible for leading the retail sales team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and embodying the brand's values. This role involves motivating the team, managing inventory, and maintaining store standards while fostering customer relationships and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail sales team by example and forge connections with customers.
• Create an unforgettable customer experience by ensuring each customer receives the best service possible.
• Take ownership of the sales floor and prioritize customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, assist customers with sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise.
• Follow up with customers on purchases and invite them to upcoming events.
• Motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals in a commission-based environment.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Lead the processing of shipments and manage inventory effectively.
• Maintain daily store operations including restocking, visual merchandising, and cleaning.
• Encourage team punctuality and adherence to responsibilities.

Requirements

• Available for morning and/or evening shifts, working 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, including at least 1 weekend day.
• Strong leadership in punctuality and attendance.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Expertise in customer service and creating positive experiences.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner of new procedures and processes.
