About the position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our store team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and helping drive sales growth. The Retail Store Manager will also be responsible for managing staff and inventory and contributing to financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Schedule and coordinate birthday parties.
- Hire staff below them.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Help general manager develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage ordering processes to ensure product availability.
- Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage store budgets, control expenses, and optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on local advertising efforts.
- Schedule repairs.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
