The Retail Store Manager at Spectrum is responsible for leading a team to exceed sales goals while fostering professional development and growth. Responsibilities

  • Inspire and lead a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Coach and develop sales representatives to reach their personal and professional goals.
  • Build positive customer relationships and utilize probing techniques to overcome obstacles.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in a retail setting to deliver a positive company image.
  • Collaborate with peers to build high-performing teams through best practice sharing.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience.
  • Experience working inside a retail store environment.
  • High level of comfort with personal technology.
  • Intermediate knowledge of software programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of management experience.
  • 1-3 years of telecommunications/wireless experience.
