The Retail Store Manager at Delek is a dynamic leadership role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. The manager will oversee employee recruitment, training, inventory management, and financial performance, while collaborating with district management to implement best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all hours of operation are covered and supported, including recruiting to hire and retain employees.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Conduct regular stock checks and work with suppliers for timely product delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store and provide excellent customer service.
• Oversee store financials and collaborate with District Manager and other Retail Store Managers.
• Recruit, train, and mentor store employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Provide ongoing training development for team performance and career growth.
• Communicate sales and profitability goals to store associates and provide feedback.
• Develop weekly goals for Key Performance Indicators.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in a retail environment (Required)
• 1+ years of leadership experience (Preferred)
• Valid driver's license (Required)
• Strong active listening skills
• Ability to take initiative and multitask
• Excellent time management and operational excellence skills
