In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership, sales management, and exceptional customer service in all aspects of managing a Family Dollar store. In addition to managing store operations, you will be expected to work a flexible full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role demands physical stamina, as you will be required to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 55 lbs, along with frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
