As a Store Manager, you will be the Lovisa ambassador and lead your team by example. Sharing sales techniques and achieving your stores KPIs. Requirements
- Open availability to work any shift.
- Must be 18 years and older.
- Store management experience in retail or hospitality.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment.
- Strong people management skills and thorough understanding of performance management.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- A proven track record of delivering results.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Passion for retail and fashion.
