About the position

As a Retail Store Manager at T-Mobile, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing all aspects of store operations. Responsibilities

  • Complete observations of store employees' interactions with customers and provide feedback for development and training.
  • Assist with customer-related issues to enhance the customer experience within the T-Mobile brand.
  • Own store success by managing staffing, scheduling, marketing, loss prevention, and all other store functions.
  • Support operational excellence by monitoring sales and inventory, managing sales tracking, and implementing new store programs.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store environment at all times.
  • Hire passionate store employees who are committed to building long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Support team development through training and mentoring, driving behaviors that lead to customer loyalty and employee success.
  • Stay updated on the latest products, services, and leadership best practices to be an expert resource for your team.
  • Create an inclusive environment and support team initiatives.
  • Drive operational efficiencies to minimize risk and protect store assets, delivering financial results based on key performance indicators.
  • Implement personalized performance management plans and celebrate team achievements.
  • Ensure store employees meet or exceed defined monthly success measurements.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals for the store.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 2-4 years Management experience in retail sales (Required)
  • 2-4 years Sales & sales management experience (Required)
  • Strong communication skills (Required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Required)
  • Experience in Store Management (Required)
  • Knowledge of Store Operations (Required)
  • Strong Customer Service skills (Required)

Nice-to-haves
