Responsibilities

• Run all aspects of the retail business including sales, operations, and customer service.
• Assure attainment of all net sales and revenue goals by developing sales strategies.
• Assume direct responsibility for day-to-day store operations.
• Coach and develop retail staff to enhance performance.
• Participate in the staffing process, including hiring and performance management.
• Promote a positive customer experience through excellent service and handling escalations.
• Demonstrate technical competence for all products and services sold.
• Engage in community activities and business development opportunities.
• Proactively identify challenges and create improvement plans.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with Metro by T-Mobile.
• Two years of proven retail sales experience, particularly in interactive and commissioned sales.
• Two years of experience in selecting, managing, and developing employees.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in sales management.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
