About the position

The Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while managing and developing a team. This role combines retail knowledge with leadership skills to meet sales objectives and enhance store performance. The manager will also engage in merchandising, product launches, and coaching retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the retail store.
• Manage and develop a team of retail sales consultants.
• Ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with products and services.
• Meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Engage in merchandising and product launches.
• Provide coaching to team members to achieve sales and service goals.

Requirements

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and industry trends.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in retail management within the telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge of AT&T mobility systems.
