About the position

Responsibilities

  • Complete observations of store employees' interactions with customers and provide feedback for development and training.
  • Assist with customer-related issues to enhance the customer experience within the T-Mobile brand.
  • Own store success by managing staffing, scheduling, marketing, and loss prevention.
  • Support operational excellence by monitoring sales, inventory, and implementing new store programs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment at all times.
  • Hire passionate store employees who are committed to building customer relationships.
  • Support team development through training and mentoring, driving behaviors for customer and employee success.
  • Lead by example and stay updated on products, services, and leadership best practices.
  • Drive operational efficiencies to minimize risk and protect store assets.
  • Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators and manage store expenses.
  • Celebrate team achievements through recognition and personalized performance management plans.
  • Ensure store employees meet or exceed defined monthly success measurements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales (Required)
  • 2-4 years of sales and sales management experience (Required)
  • Communication skills (Required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Required)
  • Store management and operations experience (Required)
  • Customer service skills (Required)

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Leadership experience (Preferred)
  • Experience with T-Mobile (Preferred)
