The Retail Store Manager at Skechers plays a crucial role in leading the store team, enhancing customer experiences, and driving sales through effective merchandising and operational excellence. This position is centered around inspiring employees, managing store operations, and ensuring a high standard of customer service, making the Store Manager a key figure in the success of Skechers retail.

Responsibilities

• Champion the brand and inspire an amazing customer experience through product and visual marketing excellence.
• Act as a people-focused leader, coaching and mentoring the store team.
• Develop store employees' skills to drive sales by expanding their product knowledge and setting customer service expectations.
• Help onboard new hires to the team.
• Manage store scheduling needs, ensuring proper coverage for peak times.
• Act as a product expert and serve as a brand ambassador for Skechers.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining store employees.
• Model strong operational processes and routines to drive profitability and results.
• Act as the expert on all store systems and processes, including opening and closing of the POS.
• Participate in opening and closing the store, ensuring all security routines and measures are in place.
