About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated Store Manager to join our family-owned chain at Snyder's. The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, including customer service, inventory control, team management, and cash handling. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proven track record in retail management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
• Create and maintain a positive shopping environment for customers
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
• Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness standards
