• Support the Pharmacy Manager in overseeing daily operations, policy implementation, and strategic initiatives.
• Supervise, assign, and direct activities of the store team to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and inventory levels to drive profitability and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to develop action plans for operational improvements.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance customer service and professional growth.
• Assist in managing the store budget, preparing financial reports, and driving cost-effective operations.
• Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in computer applications.
• Advanced communication, leadership, and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Previous experience as a retail manager or supervisor in a pharmacy or similar setting.
