About the position

The manager will also maintain store appearance and inventory, conduct performance reviews, and provide innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, coaching, and motivating a small team of Hot Sauce Enthusiasts.
• Providing store administration and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Maintaining outstanding store appearance and merchandising standards.
• Maintaining store inventory levels.
• Providing innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience.
• Conducting performance reviews.
• Exhibiting excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven success as a retail store manager is strongly preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and adventurous spirit.
• Strong desire to learn about products.
