About The Position
The Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while managing and developing a team. This role combines retail knowledge with leadership skills to meet sales objectives and enhance store performance. The manager will also engage in merchandising, product launches, and coaching retail sales consultants to achieve service goals, supported by comprehensive training and resources from AT&T.
