About the position

The Retail Store Manager (RSM) is responsible for overseeing the sales and operational standards of their assigned location at Prime Communications. This role involves leading a team to achieve sales goals, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing inventory. The RSM is expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills, motivate staff, and implement effective sales strategies to drive performance across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales quotas and performance standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and operational compliance in the store.
• Conduct regular coaching and training sessions for staff to enhance their skills.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate as necessary to appropriate departments.
• Collaborate with the District Manager on staffing and scheduling needs.
• Implement and uphold company values and culture within the store.

Requirements

• 6+ months of sales management experience.
• 3+ years of full-time retail work experience.
• Excellent sales skills with a proven track record of meeting performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop team members.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T Mobility systems preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assist at other locations within a 30-minute radius.
