Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably with high-end luxury or custom products.
• Strong sales skills in a consultative environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, direct, and train others in a retail setting.
• Skilled in current best practice retail methods, procedures, and standards.
• Strong analytical skills to translate quantitative and qualitative information into action.
• Demonstrated team player able to both lead and follow.
• Flexibility in work schedule to meet store hours.
• Fluency with current retail software and computer systems.
