About the position

The Retail Store Manager (RSM) at Prime Communications is responsible for overseeing the sales and operational standards of the assigned retail location. This role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing inventory effectively. The RSM leads a team of Retail Sales Consultants and Assistant Store Managers, fostering a positive work environment and achieving sales quotas while implementing company programs and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales and operational standards of the retail location.
• Drive sales achievement and customer service results.
• Ensure Retail Sales Consultants and Assistant Store Managers meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and coaching skills to inspire and motivate the team.
• Manage customer experience initiatives and resolve billing/service issues.
• Conduct regular role plays to demonstrate effective sales techniques.
• Partner with the District Manager to launch new products and services.
• Ensure proper training of employees on new products and promotions.
• Maintain operational compliance and safeguard company assets.
• Instill pride in store appearance and foster a positive store culture.

Requirements

• 6+ months of sales management experience.
• 3+ years of full-time retail work experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T Mobility systems.
