About the position

The Reset Merchandiser position at SPAR involves working overnight to remodel the interiors of big box retailers. This role requires building, assembling, and installing shelving and fixtures while ensuring high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are self-sufficient, motivated, and possess a background in merchandising resets, remodels, or general labor. The job offers ongoing project work with a focus on teamwork and career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Work overnights remodeling big box retail stores
• Build and assemble retail store shelving fixtures
• Work with Plan-O-Grams on all items tagged and approved by store management
• Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics completion
• Engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Requirements

• Ability to stand a minimum shift of 8 hours (10PM - 7AM)
• Must be able to take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelf
• Planogram experience (preferred)
• Ability/Willingness to work overnight shift
• Knowledge/ability to use basic tools necessary for the job
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, personal cell phone, and valid email address
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Steel toed footwear is required to be worn on job site
