About the position

The Retail Supervisor at Gap Inc. plays a crucial role in supporting the store leadership team by performing various functional tasks and acting as a role model for employees. This part-time position focuses on leading processes, executing tasks, and maintaining productivity to ensure that store goals are met while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors and role model these behaviors with every customer.
• Support the sales leader during non-peak hours with a primary focus on the customer.
• Collaborate effectively with employees and ensure work tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
• Support completion of work before or after store operating hours, including opening and closing checklists.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
