About the position

The Retail Supervisor for Product Operations at Old Navy plays a crucial role in supporting the store leadership team by executing functional tasks and serving as a role model for employees. This position focuses on leading processes, maintaining productivity, and ensuring that customer experience goals are met through effective collaboration and communication with the team.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
  • Act as an expert in the brand's selling behaviors and role model these behaviors with every customer.
  • Support the sales leader during non-peak hours with a primary focus on the customer.
  • Collaborate effectively with employees to ensure timely and efficient completion of work tasks.
  • Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
  • Support completion of work before or after store operating hours, including opening and closing checklists.
  • Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
  • Ensure all compliance standards are met.

Requirements

  • Experience in leadership roles.
  • Ability to utilize technology effectively to engage with customers and team.
  • Demonstrated interest and initiative towards continuous improvement and growth.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that meets the needs of the business, including holidays, evenings, overnight, and weekend shifts.
  • Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 pounds.
