About the position

As a Well Collective Retail Supervisor at NIKE, Inc., you will play a crucial role in delivering a premium boutique experience to customers, focusing on their fitness journey through movement, mindfulness, nutrition, and connection. This position emphasizes creativity, teamwork, and a customer-centric approach, allowing you to impact customer experiences positively while being part of a dynamic retail environment.

• Leading by example and delivering service in line with Nike's Service Principles to bring the consumer journey to life.
• Making customers feel welcome, that you care about their fitness wants and needs, and exceeding their expectations at every step of their journey.
• Demonstrating integrity, reliability, and kindness while operating a cash register, shipping, and receiving duties, stocking products, and cleaning.
• Showing up for your teammates by attending store events.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S).
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
