About the position

As a Retail Supervisor at our Sunrise Mall location, you will play a crucial role in our store leadership team. This position is designed for individuals who are retail and customer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors, and thrive on building connections with customers. You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences, and positively impact growth across Bath & Body Works. In this role, you will be responsible for various leadership tasks as delegated by the Store Manager. You will provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers, ensuring that associates are trained, coached, rewarded, and motivated to improve selling and enhance the customer experience. You will reinforce selling expectations, performance results, and accountability with all associates, leading by example and modeling selling and customer experience standards. As a Supervisor, you will set the direction and goals for the day or shift when associates arrive for work. Building a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customer contact information will be a key focus. You will also perform opening and closing routines, including executing bank deposits, receiving shipments, and interpreting and disseminating company directives. When scheduled, you will act as the manager on duty to support customer service, work with vendors, or address maintenance issues. Additionally, you will partner with the sales leadership team to support action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of operational activities while maintaining company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities

- Partner with the members of the sales leadership team to support action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of operational activities

Requirements
- Proven experience delivering sales results
- Ability to effectively communicate and foster a customer focused selling culture
- Ability to provide effective, in the moment coaching to associates
- Available for varied weekly shifts including weekend, closing and peak periods
- Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate
