About the position

As a Retail Team Leader, you will spend about 85% of your time actively on the floor, monitoring sales performance data, and identifying areas for improvement. You will motivate associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service while resolving customer issues through a win/win approach. Additionally, you will serve as a right-hand to the Department Manager, focusing on team performance, customer feedback, and operational issues.

Requirements
- 2+ years in a Team Lead level leadership role
- 1+ years of general retail experience
- Ability to model and lead exceptional customer service
- Skill in conveying knowledge in a user-friendly manner
- Strong engagement skills to connect with associates
