As an integral member of our retail store leadership team, your primary focus is delivering excellence in people leadership, sales, service, and operations. Responsibilities

  • Drive Results: Function as manager on duty, driving sales by maximizing overall store productivity and building customer relationships through exceptional experiences in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist the ASM and SM in leveraging reporting and sales trends to help the store achieve key goals in sales, customer acquisition and service.
  • Cultivate personalized coffee experiences by using storytelling to share your knowledge of our coffee and our sustainability practices to build customer relationships.
  • Delight customers with complimentary coffee tastings and highlight extensive product knowledge to help build our customer base and boost sales.
  • Act to influence and inspire a team to drive sales and service performance through coaching and training.
  • Ensure store standards are maintained; cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational tasks (inventory/stock management, TQM compliance, and cash processes).
  • Create a safe, healthy environment for employees and customers.
  • Actively seek and provide feedback, build strong relationships with colleagues, and thrive in a collaborative team setting.
  • Champion innovative ideas, adapt quickly to changes, and bring a growth mindset to creatively solve problems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Patience for day-to-day challenges and resourcefulness in troubleshooting on the spot.
  • Effective communication, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
