About the position

The Retail to Business Account Executive role at Comcast involves demonstrating the value of Comcast Business Products to small-to-medium business clients through in-store engagement and on-site customer visits. The position focuses on achieving sales targets by engaging and training retail employees, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve shared Comcast Business Mobile Line and SMB Installed lead results.
  • Process SMB Deals via traditional SMB Field Sales Systems.
  • Manage a territory with high activity and a comprehensive business plan.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
  • Execute field prospecting strategy within a 5-mile radius of the assigned retail store.
  • Drive SMB Sales through Xfinity Retail by developing and training Retail Sales Consultants.
  • Drive excitement and awareness around Comcast Business in assigned retail locations.
  • Model effective identification and transition of CB prospects and assist in training.
  • Drive CB sales performance as measured by CB Mobile lines and Leads Closed.
  • Maintain sales records and prepare sales and activity reports.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • 0-2 years of relative work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with Comcast Business Products.

Benefits

  • Base Pay: $50,450.40
  • Total Target Compensation: $80,450.40 (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission)
