About the position

This position is responsible for planning, developing, and conducting training programs for team members across various levels within the organization. The role focuses on enhancing knowledge, productivity, and performance through effective training, ensuring consistency in work standards. The trainer will collaborate with multiple departments to deliver essential training and support long-term employee development.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, developing, and conducting training for team members at all levels.
• Collaborate with the Retail Sales and Training Manager, ROSD, Compliance, Human Resources, and other departments to deliver training programs.
• Serve as one of the primary trainers for new hires and current employees in Retail positions.
• Provide ongoing Retail training for updated/new products, policies, procedures, or systems.
• Act as a senior coach to build relationships in the Idaho market.
• Work with the Retail Sales and Training Manager and Development Specialist to identify training needs and recommend solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and employee performance.
• Maintain training library resources and distribute materials to managers and personnel as needed.
• Ensure consistent, timely, and relevant training opportunities are available to support strategic goals.
• Provide support in planning and implementing large events and meetings.

Requirements

• Experience in training and development within a retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and employee performance.
• Proficiency in maintaining training resources and materials.
