About the position

As a Retail Warehouse & Production Associate at Savers / Value Village, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers, donors, and fellow team members. Our mission is to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature. We are one of the largest for-profit thrift operators in the United States, Canada, and Australia, focusing on value-priced pre-owned clothing, accessories, and household goods. You will be part of a team that supplies our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. By purchasing these items directly from our nonprofit partners, we redirect billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and onto our store racks and shelves for reuse, while providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services. In this position, you will have the opportunity to celebrate uniqueness and work in a purpose-driven company that values the contributions of individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences. We are committed to the growth and development of our team members, especially with our aggressive store expansion plans. You will receive comprehensive onboarding and training from day one, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed in your role. Our training department, Savers University, develops and delivers robust training to every team member across our organization, from new hires to senior executives, with around 90% of our training developed internally. As a Retail Warehouse & Production Associate, you will be integral to our operations, helping to manage the flow of donated goods and ensuring that our stores are stocked with quality items that our customers love. Your work will directly impact our mission and the communities we serve, making this a rewarding position for those who are passionate about sustainability and community support.
