About The Position
The Retained Search Consultant will work closely with the HT Talent staff to execute talent searches for clients, focusing on candidate development and supporting the end-to-end search process. This role involves collaborating with the search lead to create effective search strategies, building comprehensive sourcing plans, and engaging with potential candidates through outreach campaigns. The consultant will also assist in the assessment process, provide client updates, and support multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining the firm's core values.
