About the position

The Retained Search Consultant at HoganTaylor LLP is responsible for executing talent searches for clients, focusing on candidate development and supporting the end-to-end search process. This role involves collaborating with the search lead to create effective search strategies, building comprehensive sourcing plans, and engaging with potential candidates through outreach campaigns. The consultant will also assist in the assessment process, provide client updates, and contribute to improving the search process while maintaining the firm's core values.

Responsibilities

  • Execute talent searches for clients, focusing on candidate development efforts.
  • Support the end-to-end search process for HT Talent clients.
  • Collaborate with the search lead to create search strategies for successful outcomes.
  • Build comprehensive sourcing plans including target companies and academic institutions.
  • Identify, research, and qualify talent profiles using sourcing plans.
  • Ensure all talent profiles are captured and updated in the CRM platform.
  • Assist in developing talent outreach campaigns and engage with prospects.
  • Support HT Talent's assessment process including profile reviews and interviews.
  • Help develop client updates and participate in client conversations.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the search process.
  • Identify diverse talent for client searches.
  • Engage in ad hoc market research and initiatives as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support for multiple clients and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of success as a full-lifecycle recruiter, ideally in the technology industry.
  • Previous experience recruiting executive talent preferred.
  • Understanding of modern recruiting tools including CRMs and databases.
  • Fluency in productivity solutions including Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Demonstrably high attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional presentation skills with strong phone and video presence required.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Management preferred.
