About The Position

The Retention Account Executive at DISH is responsible for selling DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to both new and existing customers through a consultative approach. This role focuses on inbound sales, providing an opportunity to develop sales skills and build long-term customer relationships without the pressure of cold calling. The position offers a base salary with uncapped commission potential, along with comprehensive training and development to support career growth.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• High school diploma; college graduates preferred
• Ability to work full-time on-site in one of the Direct Sales facilities
• Open availability to work provided schedules
• Possess a smartphone or other device with an active network connection
