About the position

The Retention Sales Development Representative will focus on creating and securing qualified business opportunities to retain existing customers and generate new revenue. This role involves identifying qualified prospects and navigating company structures to pinpoint key decision-makers, while also collaborating closely with sales teams to schedule appointments and develop account management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with sales teams to schedule qualified appointments, producing real business opportunities.
  • Learning and developing account management and sales skills through training and development programs.
  • Achieving certification and mastery in demonstrating world-class products.
  • Working towards promotion into an account management or sales role.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great listener, quick thinker, and the ability to work both solo and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
