About The Position
The Retirement Plan Consultant II at Corebridge Financial is responsible for providing objective guidance to plan sponsors and employees regarding retirement savings plans. This role involves conducting presentations to enhance awareness of plan features, participating in benefit fairs, and assisting in financial planning processes. The consultant will also work closely with Relationship Managers to increase participation and deferral rates in retirement plans, with a focus on client satisfaction and achieving predefined metrics.
